E&F Nexum Advisors is pleased to announce its partnership with Portfolio Investment LLC, a leading investment company in Uzbekistan, for the sale of the Samarkand Business Center, a business hub located in the heart of Samarkand. The transaction is estimated to be valued between USD 5.5 million and USD 7 million.
Situated in the heart of Samarkand, a city steeped in millennia of history and culture and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Samarkand Business Center occupies a strategic location. Currently, the Uzbek government is focused on continuing the country's development, as evidenced by numerous PPP projects.
The Samarkand Business Center is a 14-story building originally designed as a hotel, later converted in 2010 into a business center for lease. The property includes a parcel of land measuring 16,142.62 m', with a total floor area of 16,419.52 m'.
E&F Nexum Advisors, in collaboration with Portfolio Investment LLC, holds exclusive rights to market the Samarkand Business Center (BCS), presenting a compelling opportunity for potential investors.
